****	FULL INSTALL, IF YOU HAVE UPDATED WET TO V6.7 ALREADY	****
****	YOU DO NOT NEED TO INSTALL THIS ARCHIVE! ****

This program retrieves local meterological data from the Internet, and saves it
in (regulary updating) env-vars to allow you to display it in the WB titlebar,
as an icon on Workbench, AmiDock or in the GUI. It can show a forecast for up
to 24 hours ahead (where available), and is fully localisable.

Previous few version changes:

6.7 (07.02.2019)
* The data is now hosted at an HTTPS location and the program has been
  updated accordingly. This now requires AmiSSL 4 to be installed.
* Built OS3 version with a newer version of vbcc.
* Added brief documentation for MSERVER, MPATH and MNOSECURE tooltypes.
* Updated copyright year

6.6 (13.09.2018)
* METAR code GS has been reclassified as "snow pellets" in the USA.
  (was previously "small hail/snow pellets" but we only printed
  "small hail" for this code) (this is a catalog update only)

6.5a (02.07.2017)
* Full install package! (the previous one no longer worked until patch applied)
* Updated nsd_cccc.txt location in ARexx scripts.

6.5 (03.08.2016)
* Update data source as weather.noaa.gov is no longer in use.

6.4 (29.10.2012) (apologies - has been sitting on my HD for two years!)
* Added a workaround for corrupt data in the latest nsd_cccc.txt.
* Fixed "Hide" menu item.

6.3 (29.04.2012)
* Fixed another bug involving directional visibility and compass points

6.1 (21.12.2010)
* Added plugin support.
* Added hurricane categories (Saffir-Simpson scale).
* Added support for three digit wind speeds.

  Large night-time icons can be appended with the moon phase 0-7 (eg. 0_n6),
  and mini icons mini/moon/<phase> can also be displayed.
* Added new icon set by Frank Ruthe (cha05e90).
* Wet will now pick the banner up from the theme dir if present.
* Fixed Ringhio notifications with non-English languages.
